A mix of high-end apartments and a luxury penthouse, over 3 open-space office floors are set inside this classical, with a modern twist, facade and its series of "cast stone" columns with the. signature of Sir David Adjaye.

 

The development is sitting on top of three London Underground tunnels and its preliminary structural design focused on lightweight materials, whilst the huge arches on the ground floor led to the use of transfer beams and custom-fabricated steel columns.
